Step Aerobics

Full body work out, weight loss and general fitness improvement class

Tone and Abs
Toning class aimed at reducing body fat and firming body, especially liked by our fabulous ladies doing aqua class in the morning

Kinesis Wall Tone Women Only
A Class designed to use techno gym kinesis wall in the best of its own. Sinead came up with great idea and we all are happy to give it a go! Kinesis wall class thanks to it’s diversity will offer you combination of core strength improvement, toning, conditioning, weight loss and general fitness.

Stability Ball

A class designed to introduce swiss balls with intention to reduce impact and strenghten the lower back muscles. Ferdia and Ged will be mostly seen doing this class and this is a fantastic class aimed at all levels.
