Full body work out, weight loss and general fitness improvement class
Tone and Abs
Toning class aimed at reducing body fat and firming body, especially liked by our fabulous ladies doing aqua class in the morning
Lower body blast
A Class designed to strenghten lower back and to offer diversity of exercises aimed at core strength improvement, toning, conditioning, weight loss and general fitness.
Stability Ball
A class designed to introduce swiss balls with intention to reduce impact and strenghten the lower back muscles. Ferdia and Ged will be mostly seen doing this class and this is a fantastic class aimed at all levels.
